Specialties Offered

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an action-oriented, evidence-based psychotherapy that fosters psychological flexibility by combining mindfulness and acceptance strategies with commitment and behavior-change techniques.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented, and time-limited talk therapy that treats mental health conditions by changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. It focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions to help individuals manage problems like depression, anxiety, insomnia, and chronic pain.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy designed to treat intense emotions and self-harm by balancing emotional acceptance with behavioral change. It works through individual therapy, skills groups, and phone coaching to teach four key skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress resulting from traumatic life experiences. It uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess stuck memories, reducing their emotional intensity.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based, non-pathologizing psychotherapy that treats the mind as a system of distinct “parts” (subpersonalities) led by a core “Self”. It helps individuals heal trauma, anxiety, and depression by fostering self-leadership, which involves compassionate, curiosity-driven, and calm interaction with protective and wounded parts rather than suppressing them.
Problem gambling therapy is designed to address the treat the repetitive, uncontrollable gambling behavior that continues despite severe negative consequences on a person’s life, including their mental health, finances, relationships, and work.
Process addiction therapy is a specialized mental health treatment targeting compulsive, non-substance-related behaviors that cause distress and negative life consequences, such as gambling, shopping, or internet addiction. It uses behavioral therapies to address underlying psychological, emotional, or neurological drivers, aiming to break cycles of compulsion, manage cravings, and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy is a powerful, evidence-based cognitive-behavioral treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) that helps people gradually confront trauma-related memories, feelings, and situations they’ve been avoiding, allowing them to process the trauma and reduce its power over their lives. It works through two main types of exposure: imaginal exposure, where you repeatedly recount the trauma memory, and in vivo exposure, where you slowly face safe reminders and activities you’ve been avoiding.
Resilient grieving therapy is a strengths-based, active approach to loss that focuses on adapting to life after a death. It emphasizes emotional flexibility, allowing for the coexistence of deep pain and moments of joy, helping individuals honor their loss while finding ways to continue living and functioning.
Trauma therapy is a specialized, evidence-based form of psychotherapy designed to help individuals process distressing events, reduce symptoms like PTSD, and manage emotional/physical impacts. It focuses on fostering safety, developing coping skills, and enabling individuals to integrate traumatic memories to live a healthier life.
